Denver Urban Scholars’ Capstone Program Supports Students Three Years Post-Grad

Recently, our Capstone program, which supports students three years after high school graduation, launched their Peer Mentoring Program. Mentors in this program are established college students who provide support to incoming Freshman students on the Auraria Campus. Mentors completed a ropes course in May and a training in August to discover the unique gifts they bring to the mentoring partnership. Mentors and mentees were recently matched with one another on the Auraria Campus (pictured here). Good luck to all our Capstone students this year!
