DUS Family Cookout

​ On August 12th, Denver Urban Scholars hosted a family-style cookout at Central Park in Stapleton. The weather was perfect and turnout was good. Denver Urban Scholars staff were all there, as well as current students, along with their families and mentors.

We enjoyed a potluck lunch, played lawn games, and and participated in a water balloon tossing contest.
